Once we have determined that your property is appropriate for sale at auction, Richard Clarke and his staff will arrange every detail from collection, establishing estimates to cataloguing & photographing your lots and marketing it to prospective buyers worldwide.

Your will receive a pre-sales advice note listing the lot numbers, description and estimates & reserves of your lots a week before the sale. You are of course welcome to come to viewing days or attend the Auction if you wish to do so.
